Refund Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

FuelMyBuild is a digital SaaS product. Paid access begins after a successful payment, so refund requests are reviewed case by case rather than approved automatically.

Need help with a charge?

Request a refund or ask a billing question through support so we can review it properly.

How refund requests work

Submit refund and billing questions through the support form. Please include the email on your FuelMyBuild account, the plan involved, and a short description of what happened. Do not send card details, passwords, one-time codes, or private keys.

We review requests using account, access, payment, and usage records available to FuelMyBuild. Payment processor rules may also apply depending on your country and payment method.

When refunds may be considered

  • You were charged but could not access the platform.
  • A duplicate charge occurred.
  • A clear billing error occurred.
  • Your first payment was made within the refund window and the account was not substantially used.

When refunds may be declined

  • The request is outside the refund window.
  • The plan was substantially used.
  • The account shows abuse, bulk extraction, or misuse.
  • A renewal charge happened because the plan was not cancelled before renewal.
  • Repeated refund requests come from the same account.

Cancellation is different from a refund

Cancelling stops future billing. It does not automatically refund the current billing period. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period unless a refund is approved.

If a refund is approved

Paid features may be removed or downgraded, and your account may return to Free limits. We do not delete your build records when a plan changes, but some paid features may become read-only or limited until you upgrade again.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
