Terms of Service

1. Using FuelMyBuild

FuelMyBuild helps builders document projects, organize build logs, track parts and costs, store media, and use AI-assisted workflows to keep better records. You may use the platform only for lawful, non-abusive purposes and in line with these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. Use accurate information when signing up, do not impersonate another person, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You own the build records, photos, videos, logs, notes, specs, and other content you add to FuelMyBuild. You give FuelMyBuild permission to host, process, display, back up, and share that content only as needed to provide the service and according to your visibility settings.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that violates someone else's rights, or content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.

4. AI assistance

FuelMyBuild may include AI features that help summarize build activity, draft logs, extract details, answer questions, or prepare actions for review. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before saving or using them, especially for cost, safety, technical, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Plans, billing, and limits

Free and paid plans may include limits on builds, AI usage, storage, media uploads, collaboration, and other features. Plan details shown in the product or pricing page form part of these terms. Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless cancelled.

You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. We do not delete your build records when you cancel or downgrade, though some paid features may become read-only until you upgrade again.

Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy.

Some features may be marked as beta, early access, or coming soon. Those features may change, pause, or launch later than expected.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to disrupt, scrape, overload, or bypass the platform;
• upload malware, spam, or deceptive content;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others;
• use FuelMyBuild to violate laws or third-party rights;
• attempt to access another user's account or private content.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable product, but FuelMyBuild is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, add, or remove features as the product evolves. We may also suspend or limit access where needed to protect users, the platform, or our business.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using FuelMyBuild or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued use creates security, legal, or operational risk. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, security, dispute, or legal purposes.

9. Liability

FuelMyBuild is not a substitute for professional mechanical, engineering, safety, legal, tax, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
